Park Systems Update Regarding COVID-19

Dear Customers and Friends,

As the scope and impact of COVID-19 continues to evolve, we would like to reach out to our customers and the scientific community with an update on our current operations.

We intend to continue providing you with the best support and ongoing assistance that the situation allows, while assuring everyone remains in a safe environment. You can rely on us to act responsibly as we continue to serve the nano scientific and metrology community. Here are some of the actions we are taking, as well as the best methods for you to continue to interact with us:

• 1. We have restricted travel for our employees at this time, unless your organization is classified as essential, until government restrictions are lifted.


• 2. All application and service support will be conducted remotely. The best ways to reach out for support is to visit our support web site to submit a support ticket , or by using the live chat link on that page. Live chat hours are being expanded to cover the hours of 9 a.m. ET – Midnight ET (Eastern Time).

• 3. If you have already been working with one of our support staff on an issue, you may continue to e-mail them directly, or call them at their wireless number. Reaching a live person at our office phone numbers will not be possible at all times, depending on the timing of local restrictions being put in place or lifted.


• 4. We are preparing to conduct remote demos using online meeting tools and are more than happy to receive your samples for analysis. Be sure to confirm with your tech support or sales contact on where samples should be sent.


• 5. We will be canceling all in person meetings with customers and business partners but will happily meet with you virtually via Skype, Zoom or your chosen online meeting software.


• 6. We are working to produce a series of short educational AFM videos to post on our YouTube Channel. We look forward to hearing from you about ideas for topics you would like covered. In the meantime, there are numerous webinars, talks from past events like our annual NanoScientific Symposiums and other educational videos available on the channel.



While these may be uncertain times, we want to let you know that Park Systems is here for you, and we intend to provide the professional services and technical support that you have come to expect.
