The Latest Advances in AFM for Nanotechnology (Univ. of Arizona)

In partnership with the W.M. Keck Center for Nano-Scale Imaging of the University of Arizona, Park Systems is proud to announce a free workshop and live demo to take place on May 17, 2016 at the University of Arizona. The workshop will cover topics such as AFM automatizing software with Self-Optimizing Scan Control and Scanning Ion Conductance Microscopy (SICM) technology, both from Park Systems. In the subsequent live demo, Park Systems will also unveil the functionality of the Park NX10 SICM System—a tool designed to enable innovative studies in electrochemistry. The entire event is open to all interested parties and includes lunch.

Dr. Sang-il Park, distinguished Stanford University alumnus and founder of Park Systems, will be a featured presenter at the event. His talk will cover continuous innovations at Park Systems including the revolutionary Park SmartScan software, a pioneering AFM intelligence that produces high quality images with only a single click.

About W.M. Keck Center for Nano-Scale Imaging

The Keck Center for Nano-Scale Imaging is an interdisciplinary research facility. The Center's technical expertise and research equipment is designed to foster student training and research collaborations throughout the College of Science, complementing existing research strengths in the areas of nano-science and nanotechnology. The Center is housed on the first floor of the Chemical Sciences Building and is supervised by dedicated technical staff whose responsibilities include student training, instrument maintenance as well as experimental measurements. The Center is administered by the department of Chemistry and Biochemistry and is open to all University of Arizona research groups.
