A polycrystalline perovskite thin film with rough, grain-based morphology that exhibits strong photoresponsive electrical behavior.

Photocurrent mapping (PCM) using laser on/off modulation, combined with Sideband KPFM, directly visualizes light-induced current and surface potential changes, while line profiles correlate these electrical contrasts between illuminated and dark regions.
