The DPG spring conference in Dresden is not taking place.

The Deutsche Physikalische Gesellschaft e. V. (DPG) will be holding its 2020 Spring Meeting & exhibition on March 15-20, 2020 in Technical University of Dresden. Park Systems is delighted to join DPG 2020 as an exhibitor!

DPG promotes the progressive exchange of scientific information and underlines the importance of networking among scientists. Every year more than 10,000 experts from Germany and abroad meet here. Since years, DPG Spring Meeting has been known as the biggest physics congress in Europe. The range of topics includes the most varied aspects of physics (e.g. energy and the environment, quantum computing, medicine and extraterrestrial).

Join our booth #29-30 to learn about high-performance scientific instruments which help to discover new phenomena in chemistry, physics, and other material research disciplines. We will be showcasing live the capabilities of Park NX10 AFM for research needs. Don’t wait and book a demo slot today: This email address is being protected from spambots. On the top of that, we will be presenting a poster on “Studying the nanomechanical properties of functional organic and biologic macromolecules” during the Poster Session of the Chemical and Polymer Physics Division (CPP) on Monday 16.03.2020 in the poster area P3, 17:30 - 19:30pm. Come and meet our poster presenter, Ilka Hermes, the principle scientist at Park Systems, to discuss the visualization techniques of mechanical properties on the nanoscale.

To acknowledge the best poster, Park Systems is proud to sponsor the CPP Poster Session and award the 3 best posters with prize certificates. Join the Poster Award Ceremony on Thursday, March 19, 2020 between 6:45 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. in room ZEU 260, for a glass wine and snacks, to network and socialize with the valuable scientists and colleagues.

About the DPG Society:

Founded in 1845, the Deutsche Physikalische Gesellschaft (DPG, "German Physical Society") is the world's largest organization of physicists. The DPG's worldwide membership is cited as 62,656, as of 2016. It holds an annual conference (Jahrestagung) and multiple spring conferences (Frühjahrstagungen), which are held at various locations and along topical subjects of given sections of the DPG. The DPG serves the fields of pure and applied physics. Main aims are to bring its members and all physicists living in Germany closer together, represent their entirety outwards as well as foster the exchange of ideas between its members and foreign colleagues. The DPG binds itself and its members to advocate for freedom, tolerance, veracity and dignity in science and to be aware about the fact, that the people working in science are responsible to a particularly high extent for the configuration of the overall human activity.
