Park Service Program for the Full Product Lifecycle and Beyond

Our Commitment

We are committed to supporting you throughout and beyond the life of your Park Systems products. To maximize your tool uptime and increase the lifespan of your tools, we have designed service and support programs that you can select catered to your needs.

Park Service Programs

Park Systems offers the following:

  • 1. Park Standard-Life Program for the tools purchased within 10 years that are out of warranty.
  • 2. Park Extended-Life Program for the tools that are older than 10 years
    that are beyond the end of support of product lifecycle.

Park Standard-Life Program

For the Park product you have purchased within the past 10 years, and the product is not part of the End of Support product lifecycle, you may qualify for this service program. Extend your tool service through Park Standard-Life Program described in the following page. For the Park product you have purchased within the past 10 years, and the product is not part of the End of Support product lifecycle, you may qualify for this service program. Extend your tool service through Park Standard-Life Program described in the following page.

Park Extended-Life Program

For the Park product you have purchased that is older than 10 years, and it is part of End of Support product lifecycle, you may extend the life of your product through the Park Extended-Life Program. Please refer the following pages.

  • Park Standard-Life Program offers three classes of services you can choose from based on your needs and situation. This program offers a comprehensive technical and product service to ensure your Park equipment that is out of product warranty continues to function securely and fully operational until it reaches its end of life.

Park Extended-Life Program

  • Park Extended-Life Program is to help maintain your Park equipment that is aged beyond the End of Support lifecycle to continue to fully function and operate until it is damaged beyond repair.
  • Under this program, Park Systems continues to provide product service and technical support with extra spare parts on inventory, and by highly trained engineers for the equipment model. The support includes product training, technical consultation, tool relocation, maintenance and repair.
  • Prolong your investment to its fullest through signing up with one of the 3 tiered packages that best suits your unique needs.
