MoS₂ Atomic Lattice
A MoS2 Atomic Lattice was measured in Lateral Force Microscopy to acquire the frictional force image. The scan data revealed a reference lattice constant of ~3.16Å, and the image shows the wonderful moire pattern image of MoS2 Atomic lattice.
Scanning Conditions
- System: Park FX40
- Scan Mode: Lateral Force Microscopy (Channel: Lateral C-D)
- Scan Rate: 20 Hz
- Scan Size: 6 µm × 6 µm
- Pixel Size: 512 × 512 pixels
- Reference Lattice Constant: ~3.16 Å
