Twisted Bilayer Graphene - 3

Twisted bilayer graphene stacked on hBN forms dual moiré superlattices arising from graphene–graphene and graphene–hBN twist angles, producing layer-dependent periodicities and complex nanoscale heterostructures.
High-resolution TFM amplitude and phase imaging clearly resolve these moiré patterns and reveal local variations in stacking, contrast, and periodicity across the heterostructure.
